Our current product portfolio includes:

PoNS

Our team has developed an extensive marketing plan for an American client to bring an exciting medical device to the UK and European market.

The device utilises cranial nerve stimulation to enhance neuroplasticity in the brain, effectively ‘re-wiring’ nerve pathways to improve symptoms and function in Traumatic brain Injury. Other indications will follow.

Salipen

Working with our Israeli colleagues at Saliwell, Trifolium is the sole agent for promoting and selling the Salipen medical device into the UK and Ireland.

Salipen is a device which stimulates the salivary glands to produce natural saliva. Xerostomia or ‘dry mouth’ is a very common problem and causes distressing problems with speaking, eating and swallowing.  It is responsible for a high proportion of dental caries and gum disease.

Teleroo

Our team is working exclusively with Teleroo, a Canadian company, to bring their product to the UK and subsequently European market. Teleroo is a clinician designed secure video communication, consultation and collaboration platform enabling multidisciplinary team working around the clients and their families in real time.

Teleroo encourages and enables all users to share information, care plans, status updates, photos and videos and to provide a circle of care around clients in clinical, school, community and home settings.

BioMechACT

Trifolium is engaged with this USA based company to develop and market their sophisticated sensor-based technology.

BioMech ACT (Active Contact Tracing) enables an organisation to support its workforce with an Active Contact Tracing System using latest Bluetooth technology and real-time reporting to demonstrate potential areas of concern and manage risks to prevent the spread of Covid.

Sensor technology enables proximity and time-based monitoring.  The data collected provides risk-focused reporting based on the wearing of the sensors and interaction between users.

Stroke Alert App

Trifolium also takes early stage products and helps entreprenuers move from early thinking through to prototype and then out to market.

One such piece of work we are doing at the moment is working in collaboration with a group of vascular surgeons in America to develop a brand new product.

The Stroke Alert is an application that will enable a personal electronic device to assess if a patient is having or has had a stroke.

The application will use existing features on your phone such as facial recognition, video and audio to perform an assessment and apply a standardised internationally approved stroke assessment algorithm.  This allows for patients to seek early intervention and treatment.
